I was in significant pain from an acute back injury from Pilates and had constant spasms for 3 weeks, Sonya provided the best massage to relax and help repair my injury through facia release and other techniques. She was able to tell exactly where the issue was and the exact treatment I needed for my recovery. Highly recommend her! She is very knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next massage!
