I am so thankful for the staff of Russell Haven. Diana was such a delight to work with. Death and grief is sometimes complex. But having a kind and experienced funeral home made everything so much easier. They treated my loved one with dignity and respect from the beginning all the way to the end. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. While a funeral home isn’t something you want to be a repeat customer at, I know if I need them again, I will use them- no question! I can't say enough about the staff at Russell Haven of Rest and their caring demeanor. When a loss occurs it is stressful and emotional. Russell Haven did a wonderful job at stepping through the process with me and helping me with all of the details in scheduling a memorial. I want to thank Russell Haven for making my family feel comforted during this time of loss.

I cannot say enough about them! My father passed 2 1/2 weeks ago and they are nothing but helpful & compassionate. They made the funeral arrangements easy for my mom. Jeff, Anna, Diane, Jerry & Sue are definitely comfort during a storm! ♥️

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. To start, they gave my fiancé’s ashes to the wrong person and now I’m having to fight in court for possession.Secondly, they allowed this same person to edit the obituary multiple times causing issues and then told me they can’t do anything to fix it because it seems like it’s a family issue. Yes, it is a family issue but when a person with no legal authority is running around causing problems and you deny changing the obituary back to the originally submitted edit you become part of the problem too. When my fiancé’s mother and I have reached out to tell you over and over this person has no right to anything yet you just say you aren’t involved, what were you even paid for?

Jeff and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make this difficult time a little easier. We are new to the area and chose them from google reviews. That was taking a chance and a chance well taken. We could not be happier with the way we were treated during this difficult time.

I was in the Heritage Section of the cemetery in the morning for a funeral handled by another funeral home. In the afternoon I was at the funeral home for a memorial service that was handled by RHOR. Just so happened that both were on the same day.
