I had my second massage today with Katie - she is amazing! She took time to listen to how my body was feeling and adapted her treatment to how my body was responding. She made me feel heard in my concerns and gave me some great recommendations for follow up. Both of my appointments have been different and customized to exactly what my body needed at that time. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have been coming to University Sports Massage for several years now and have never been disappointed. All the therapists I have had there are fantastic. A big shout out specifically to Tiffany Ray, Dan Stoneberger and Katie Carter for their strong hands, care and suggestions. I always look forward to my next visit and can't wait to be back.

The massage therapist I worked with was very knowledgeable and gave tons of great advice and insight. I also felt like he really listened to and assessed my body issues, and took my athletic activities into serious account (even though I'm not a marathoner or on anyone's varsity team).
