Went in this morning for a strong cold and received excellent service from the front desk receptionist, nurse, and doctor. They were all friendly, professional, caring, and ran appropriate diagnostic tests and prescribed me multiple things to treat my symptoms. I have come here multiple times and highly recommend this urgent care.
I had to walk-in on a Sunday and had an overall good experience! The facility was clean and easy to find. Parking was a little wonky but just go somewhere around the building.
The doctor treated my injury like it was a fracture without mentioning seeing an orthopedic specialist, so I decided to just follow up with the specialist. My ortho later found it was a ligament sprain, not fracture. It might help future patients if ligament injuries were mentioned as a possibility or a specialist referral was discussed.
I had an awesome experience. I avoid Doctors al all costs if I can because of prior experiences other places. The entire staff was polite and kind. Dr Dickinson was to the point but did listen to everything I had to say and addressed all my concerns. The person who drew my blood didnt even leave a mark !!!! I am very happy with my experience and would be comfortable going back.
