Tracey was wonderful during my first-time visit. Learned she has been with the salon for 35 years! She focused on what haircut I wanted, told me the plan for making it happen and, in general, was a great communicator. I was instantly at ease with her - so relaxed, warm, and easy to talk to. I’m VERY happy with my cut. I left excited that I found her!
