I went to ChayaVeda hoping to shed a lot of the accumulated stress from being the sole caregiver for my wife, who was terminally I'll for the past 5 years. We were largely successful. Chaya provided not only the Ayurvedic treatments, but coaching in making dietary changes, new health practices, breathing techniques, and more. It was an opportunity to change the direction of my life. And I'm still working at that.
Chaya is caring and deeply knowledgeable about anatomy, yoga, and Ayurvedic philosophy, which I look forward to learning more about. She’s a skilled and intuitive massage therapist who has profoundly improved my chronic pain. Highly recommend.,
Chaya is so knowledgeable and an expert in Ayurveda healing. The massage she gave was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. She took the time to really understand how to help me personally and apply her background knowledge. I highly recommended her and am looking forward to my next appointment!
