I put in an order for my car to be towed at 10 AM on Labor Day and now it's 6 PM right now and they have not brought me my car and the driver did not even show up to pick it up no communication! no one called ! I keep calling the company back the back no 1 is picking up ! Finally someone picked up and said sorry ........ very unacceptable!!! bad service and communication!
The driver went above and beyond today! I can’t say THANK YOU enough! I was towed to pep boys but they were backed up and couldn’t help me. The driver made sure my tire was changed and safe to get me home.
Not going outside for week and I noticed must left my lights on when going to take my kid to school orientation. I have a Prius V hybrid I was surprised when he even knew the battery in trunk as there are 3 batteries in these cars. And it get jumped from a second battery in front. Impressive. I called them up they came out to my car and checked battery and replaced it. I really didn't want to get a jump and risk it dying before I could make it to a battery store.
