He adapts his technique to your needs. If you are looking for a rejuvenating relaxing massage or a more targeted session to work through injury or strain, he can help. He helped me through serious hip injury after a fall during an ultramarathon.
If you are an active person who needs a massage that targets the strain in repetitive use injuries, Stuart is an excellent therapist. He works through the tension in a way that restores balance and promotes healing. Hands down the best massage I've ever had.
