Everyone was sooo pleasant, I've never felt more comfortable with people poking me. BUT even if they were the worst people ever the admin specialist Felicia would have still made me come back. She was so sweet, helpful, and funny. Instantly put me at ease.

I’ve been going to the same dermatologist now for five years. I’m seen every six months, so that means I’ve been there 10 times already. Recently I was told I had to sign a contract saying that If I was late, or missed an appointment within 24 hours prior to my appointment time, I will be charged $50. This is something new that I’ve never experienced here at this office. I said I wasn’t going to sign that because I’m always early, never late, never missed an appointment. Then they told me if I didn’t sign it that I would not be seen at this office anymore. So I left.
