After having an encounter with the office manager telling me that I have to leave, I never got to see my dermatologist. Then when I wrote a bad review, it was removed. Then I called a few days later, asking to speak to the doctor and she told me that that’s not gonna happen. Complete in total unprofessional.

Very kind and understanding staff. Clean and inviting for a medical clinic.

Absolutely the worst check-in ever, and I have been coming here for almost 15 years.

Receptionist had a nose ring which for a medical office is disgusting to see.

The office manager, wow, totally needs to learn how insurance works. I have never paid my copay before being seen, and have always paid it after services have been rendered. For her to tell me that it's the insurance driving prepay was preposterous. Other appointments I've had this year haven't been like that. I really felt like she was attacking me for having spoken out on that.

Shout out to Dr.Cather McKay.
She literally saved my life.
I was undiagnosed for what i now know is Vasculitis.I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. My entire body was inflamed and every doctor i saw said they had no clue what was happening.
Dr.McKay was the only doctor who encouraged me to have blood work and a biopsy done.
I was subsequently diagnosed with Vasculitis and began treatment immediately.
I am now in remission.
Thanks to Dr.McKay.
I am forever grateful.

Fantastic place. Very friendly staff. I did not wait long. They made it very easy and I felt comfortable which is usually a challenge for me. I highly recommend them. A+

Doctor and nurse were great but terrible receptionist has the worst attitude and rude to multiple patients. I had a hard time sitting there listening to her talk to people that were checking in.

First off what I have to say isn’t a reflection on the Dr or her nurse. It’s how rude the front office lady’s are. Today 10-2-2025 took my son to see the Dr. walked in gave my sons name and the girl said you owe $38.00 I then asks for what her answer was your have a deductible I nicely said we don’t have a deductible for active duty tricare. She once again said I own the money. I told her no and they must have done something wrong in the system. She told me to take a seat and I did while I waiting on an answer I called tricare while in office and was told I don’t owe anything. The girl never called me back up to the front. The front office lady then grabbed another lady that works in that office that maybe helps with insurance but that lady happens to have some kind of issue with my son and I mind you my son is 12.. this lady has belittled, yelled and talked down to my son.. But visit went great time to check out and that front office lady give me major attitude and was rude.. If my son didn’t like this doctor as much as he does I would find somewhere else to go. My son is on the spectrum he’s High functioning Autistic and he doesn’t trust many people so finding a doctor that he allows to do procedures is huge.. front office lady’s it doesn’t take much to be nice..

Mandy Frith is a GEM and the SWEETEST souL.
She gave me good insight in to the issue which was being addressed; Not to mention great peace of mind.
