I can’t say enough good things about this place! For being a one woman operation it is definitely ran like a larger company. The massage was out of this world and completely relaxing. Sandra was very friendly and made quick work of even the most stubborn knots. Will definitely recommend anyone I know to her.

Sandra is one of the most accomplished and experienced deep tissue therapists in Cape Coral/Ft Myers. Done incorrectly, deep tissue massage can do more harm than good. She does all modalities but only deep tissue keeps my sciatica manageable. You are in good hands with Sandra, no pun intended. In addition, the app that she uses for scheduling/paying makes it easy to schedule or reschedule and it's text reminders are very helpful if you have a busy schedule.

My massage was wonderful! This was my 8th time at Relax Rejuvenate over the past two years. I have deep tissue massage and Sandra is great at finding those points that need to be worked on. She is professional and timely. Once you get into the website you can set-up your appointment.
