I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria in the call center. She has been so helpful and friendly every time I call her. They are so lucky to have her. Great customer service, friendly, and proficient.

Terrible service starting with the inability to get though on the phone. Went for some specific test work, and once labs came back, found tests were NOT performed. Doctor asked for payment for an additional visit for retest. Terrible service, questionable care, awful phone communications.

The wait time is unacceptable. It is always about an hour wait regardless of what time of day your appointment is. And once you get in they rush you through and don't have time for questions. Time to find a new dr. because service is that bad.

Worst service. First time appointment was canceled after having to wait almost 3 months to get in! Rescheduled, was rushed through whole appointment. PA was good, knowledgeable but you could tell she was having to rush through to make up for all the rescheduled appointments that had to be met. Just got a message that my second appointment for an ovarian ultrasound was canceled. Definitely not going back.

They obsess about your insurance and give 2 seconds of thought about your care. Two years into COVID, they don't exercise option for Telehealth, phone, or email consultations. I actually caught COVID here because I was forced to come in for an office visit (extra money for them) instead of them issuing a prescription via telehealth or email. I was turned away from my annual physical today because Adrianne was too lazy to call my insurance to find out if I was covered on a calendar year or not (I was). Having had cellulitis, COVID, high blood pressure, and being in need of labs, I sure could have used seeing the doctor today, but was turned away after taking two hours off of work. Doctors also don't listen well to the patient regarding their own care and aren't responsive to anything they can't bill extra time to or refer you to a specialist for. I was seeing Dr. Burdzy.

What an awful place to go for healthcare. They flock patients in like livestock, rush them through after prescribing the latest pharmaceutical chemical mix. Often times you get a nurse assistant to treat you. Doctors are leaving this practice in droves. This explains why there are 4 "cashiers" to process and collect your co-pays. I'll never go back.

I am new to the area and arrived for my first visit/appointment with Dr. Curtis 10 minutes late. When I walked in to their waiting area it was very dark. I was told because I was 10 minutes late they put me down as a cancellation or a no-show and that I would not be able to make any future appointments with Dr. Curtis ever again? The front Dess desk staff also told me I should have sent in my pre-doctors visit paperwork ahead of time I pointed out that's not what it said at the top of the paper I received it clearly states please bring to your first appointment with Dr. Curtis? They seem to be confused about this? I did have the paperwork filled out and ready to go but I guess that did that matter to them She then wanted me to make an appointment with a different doctor? I'm still not sure why it's was OK for me to make an appointment are the different doctor I have not done any research on? Anyway I did apologize for being 10 minutes late and told her I would be not interested in any other doctors that Dr. Curtis I do understand that a doctors office needs to keep tight schedules but again this is my first time and I drove by the entranceway three times. I'm very disappointed all how this was handle After reading the other reviews I'm actually glad this happened it doesn't seem like they care about their patients very much?

*WARNING: Please READ to AVOID being charged additional FEES by their offices!* This review is in regards to the $79 fee I received after a yearly women's exam for an UNKNOWN CHARGE that they cant even explain when I call! When I called billing to inquire why there was a charge since this annual exam was covered by my insurance, they responded that during the exam that the doctor and myself must have discussed another reason for my visit which is NOT THE CASE. As she did the breast exam, which is part of the wellness exam, I had asked her if she felt any abnormalities and she replied "no", she said if I had concerns about my breast that I can go to see a specialist and that she would refer me to a local doctor who can look into it further. SO because I asked for a referral, they charged me $79!!!!If I knew this, I could have gone to my insurance directly and done my due diligence to find a doctor. Also, fun fact, the doctor she referred me to couldn't even get me in for an appointment nor did they try to accommodate for a later date (which is super strange?) I recommend maybe not talking to the doctor or else you'll get charged for something discussed outside the visit reason (GET IN/GET OUT) !! So to avoid any further STUPID - RIDICULIOUS charges, I will NOT be back. Also, side note, the lady who took my initial intake at the Cape Coral location was SOOOO rude. She told me that I should know better to drink coffee before coming to the doctor to avoid my heart rate being elevated (SERIOUSLY?) as if I am an ignorant person and I should know better.....she was also very frustrated that I didn't know my pharmacy location for her to input because I had just moved here not even a month prior and did not have one yet! That should have been my first sign to just LEAVE. I will definitely listen to my gut next time. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

A Doctor is only as good as the front office Staff and the people that answer the phone are terrible. I have been at this practice for 30 years and I was with a dr that retired for 21 years just to be told I hadn't been there in years. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied, asked for my dr nurses vm and was denied then asked to be transferred to the mammogram office so I could verify my last visit and the girl told me no. The people that answer the phone don't even know how to use their own system. Sad to leave after so mAny year but the drs should know what is happening up front!

This practiced is the worst medical practice I've ever encountered. I had heavy irregular bleeding and called them every day multiple times a day and was left on hold for more than 45 mins each time! I attempted to reach them for 3 weeks. I even messaged their Facebook messenger app to beg them to call me back. After being completely ignored I decided to go elsewhere. These people are NEGLIGENT and need to be investigated! At the new doctors office I was put on medication immediately and I'm having surgery on 10/11/19.
