BEWARE of lazy and disrespectful work. Hired for paver driveway on new construction. Tracked mud through the whole house they don't even belong in, laid around sleeping, urinated on and in new toilet without running water, and spit watermelon all over new pavers they just installed. Pathetic.

Modern Tile was a joy to work with on our recent renovation! The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process. Working with their designer and viewing samples in their showroom was incredibly helpful in picking tile for a bathroom and LVT for a bedroom. We are thrilled with the final results!

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! We are building a new custom home and Modern Tile and Carpet is, unfortunately, used by our contractor. We picked out our tile early in the process and Modern Tile took 6 months to provide a quote. My wife and the contractor were vigilant in contacting them regularly to get the quote, but they were very unresponsive, this was a red flag that I should have noted and insisted we use a different tile company. 6 months later they FINALLY provide the quote and we approved quickly under the impression that the tile would be ordered, as by this time construction had progressed to a point where the tile would need to be...read full review
