I was given a quote through text and the bill was 100% exactly that! I was mistaken on my appt time but they squeezed me in and were prompt and friendly. I will take my car here for all maintenance needs.

Wow wow WOW! My husband tried all day yesterday to find someone to fix our tire to no avail. We had to get a hotel room so my husband found these guys on the internet. Showed up there at 7:15 am and John took excellent care of him. They don't open until 7:30 but he took it right in and fixed it in no time! Couldn't have been more grateful for the service!!!! Please if you have any tire business, spend your money here!!!you will also notice from the plaques on the wall that they give back to the community too! Bless you John, we hope everyone treats you as well as you treated us!

I sent a request for a quote for some work I needed done on my car through yelps free quote estimate feature. John from South Trail Tire and Auto Repair was the only person to reply out of the three shops my information was sent to. He had a lot of questions regarding my vague inquiry, which I appreciated. It showed me that he cares to give his customers a correct quote on services performed. There are so many places that don't value that these days. What really blew me away was that he recognized and respected my minimal car knowledge, and he didn't try to weasel me into a service I didn't need.
