Our family was so relieved to get the call that she located it! She understood how precious the garment was to us, and we thank her for her diligence! I was annoyed about my pants that was taking longer than normal as I spoke with Annette I felt relieved she stayed on top of everything above and beyond she called and kept me updated and my pants arrived that same she said it would she called and said I took care everything and they are here in the store.Thank you for everything and will keep coming due too the wonderful customer service
I came in earlier this week to drop some dry cleaning as a first time customer. Annette greeted me she was so helpful and knowledgeable, she has a great sense of humor and made me laugh the whole time. With that being said I am now a lifetime customer. Not to mention my clothes came back the very next day. 😊
