No matter what Entech engineer is assigned to my service requests, I get excellent service. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently, Molly has been helping me out. I can hear the smile in her voice, which is a sign of stellar customer service. Thank you to Molly and all the Entech engineers.
Oh my gosh, I was frantically working on a Sunday and got myself in a pickle, fighting for hours to try and stop a sync that was stuck and preventing me from going forward. Bill could sense the urgency and frustration in my request and even on a Sunday, called me and helped to disconnect what was preventing me from moving forward so I could proceed. Truly saved the day - Thank you SO much, Bill! A+++ service!!
