At the end of the day the job was finished and we are happy with the work. However to get the job finished was a struggle. The installers made several mistakes, and when we wanted them redone the owner told me I was holding his money hostage and that people like me are never happy with the job. He was quite rude on the phone and demanded I pay him because the job was done and he would fix the issues after I paid him. He claimed the job was finished and money was owed. One of the main issues as you can see in the photo, is the boxes they built around our trees. The one around the tree in the back was crooked and it looked horrible. Coral Ridge Paver job in front of garage: After the completion of the installation of pavers in front of a double garage, the contractor was paid in full. Almost immediately the owner is sweeping a ponding of water from the garage. I believe the surface rainwater pitches into the garage because of the poor elevation of the pavers. When texting the contractor at 630pm, contractor texted back" it is 630pm at night that is too late for you to be texting me" The Contractor refuses to rectify the flooding saying it is a poor garage elevation issue. Bryan and his team did an amazing job of completely renovating our pool, patio, and driveway. With so much fraud in South Florida (especially in the trades industries), it was refreshing to finally partner with someone with strong work ethic. Bryan was always consistently ahead/on schedule, filed all necessary permits, and always kept us updated on progress through each phase of our project. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!
