We were referred by my boyfriends family, and I must say we are happy we chose United Family Movers. Carlos was very pleasant. He and his partner were careful with our furniture, and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend them!

All the personnel in this moving Company is very courteous. From the initial call with my sales person, to the last time I spoke to them regarding all the details of my pre and post move, I found them to truly understand great customer service. It took a few months to work out all the hic ups in my move, but they finally did it as promised.
I am giving them a 4 star review because the nicest piece of furniture I have, ended up with a lot of brown glue from the tape they used to wrap the piece. If only the movers had used blankets all around my piece of furniture to wrap it, none of us would have been aggravated. The lesson here is do not allow any movers... read full review

I recently used United Family Movers to move my belongings from Fort Lauderdale to Ocala, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. After inquiring with 12 other movers, United Family Movers offered the best price by far, and even with the low price, they did not disappoint on service.
Carlos and his crew were exceptional – they went above and beyond in every aspect of the move. They were hardworking, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Elias was also amazing, taking the time to do two video calls with me to go over everything in detail and ensure that all my needs were met.
