The movers are great but the company not so much. They have zero regard for the customer's time and they lie to the customer. I used a vacation day to meet them for a move an hours drive from my house. I was supposed to meet them at 830am and just before 8am they called (I was 10 minutes away from the location at this point) to tell me they would be late. They didn't show up until 230pm, 6 hours late. Turns out they never put my move on their job board the day before so no one knew about my appointment. They lied to me saying it was a problem with their truck. I would recommend staying far far away from this company and find one that respects their customers and their time.

Amelia, in particular, was a true 5-star ⭐️ rockstar…she is organized, proactive, and always a step ahead. She kept us informed and let us know exactly when to expect our quote.
My wife and I have moved 12 times in our 18 years of marriage, and honestly, planning and executing a move is one of our least favorite things on earth. But this time? I’m grabbing a lawn chair, kicking up my feet, and watching with a smile as United Family Movers takes care of everything.

Horribly dishonest company. They moved a resident into our condo building a few months ago. The movers themselves were rude, disrespectful, and ignored rules regarding where they should access the building. The movers caused $1500 in damages to a brick wall with the truck when departing and kept going. The owner of the company, Luis, disclosed that he had not obtained background checks on the movers prior to hiring them, and said he had fired them. Luis kept promising to pay for the wall repair. I’ve called at least 15 times, and he kept promising to pay. He is dishonest and obviously doesn’t care about his company’s reputation. Be warned.
