I recommend Steven to anyone (else) crazy enough to buy a home in this volatile housing market. He's patient and thoroughly explains every part of the process financing but also acts fast when needed. He even found us a lower interest rate and managed to hold onto it when closing didn't go as planned.

Steve gave us unbelievable, customized customer service for many months while we worked through getting us the right refinance deal lined up.
