Very good service. They did a thorough examination to pinpoint the problems which others failed to. And they don't charge you for diagnosis until you're paid by the insurance.
Worked with Scott Cohen from Palm Partners in Ft Lauderdale and he fought to get us additional funds from insurance for a leak in our condo. Had we not had his help we probably would have settled for far less, only to realize it wouldn't cover the cost of repairs. Really appreciate his guidance and going back to mediation and everything else to ensure we got what we deserved! Will use them again.
I've used public adjusters in the past which returned very poor results. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised with Palm Partners services. I had Sean O'Dell as my adjuster and I have to say he was outstanding from start to finish. He is one of the most professional people i've ever worked with. He has integrity and will tell you like it is which I appreciated. He always got back to me and returned my texts/emails promptly.
