We have used them twice in the past 6 years. They are expensive, but thought they were worth it. Tried to use them a 3rd time in October 2023 only to be told after receiving a quote to repair our threshold and perform other work that they decided not to do fabrication anymore ! This was only part of the 11K quote, it included cleaning and sealing the front porch and large Travertine pool deck. Anyway, we're done with them.

This company has an owner who is rude and dishonest. I hired them last year to repair a very expansive outdoor marble deck. I was told it needed to be honed, cleaned, re-grouted and then sealed. I paid over $10k presumably for a solution that would last many years. I was told going forward to do a light annual maintenance cleaning and I would be all set.One year later the deck looks horrible.The owner told me it needs to be honed, cleaned, re-grouted and sealed again. I was blown away and asked what would that do as I just did that last year and obviously it didn’t work! He had attitude and told me that “ I do not understand.
