Nationwide and their team of professionals have been there during our new home build and have been very accommodating and helpful during construction. Not only were they understanding to the issues we ran into, but they also helped us find a solution at a cost that fit our budget. Lazzaro (HVAC technician) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had the whole house running and hooked up in no time. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone who is in need of any HVAC service.
Friendly from the beginning. Stephanie was great. She made appointments and kept us updated on everything. The installation was done professionally. Our installer was awesome, he worked very hard from the time he got to our house until he finished.
No answer, no email, no phone calls now they say they are closed because of covid-19 this is a lame excuse, every other single company is working specially when you pay for a service with warranty included. They do not have the decency of at least have someone working from home to answer questions or do trouble shooting over the phone. A/C is not an emergency by law but we live in Florida and the heat is extreme, how will you go by saying oops Im sorry, WE decide to close on the 27 of July 2020 after everything around us is open. Way to go managing your business. I will not recommend , i guess you get for what you paid for.
