I wish I could leave a zero. Do not bring your expensive stuff here. First time they lost a button of an Expensive dress.
Second time I waited three weeks never received a call went to pick up , they couldn’t find my Gucci Dress, went back after an hour dress was found but it wasn’t ready .

Now I am told that I have to sign a term of responsibility for them to remove the stain and come back God knows when .
I had a simple question and I could not get the answer three weeks has passed and why didn’t I ever receive a call?
Paid for both items and took both items damaged.

I will mention, most of the garments I’m choosing to dry clean are well and above $500 so trusting a dry cleaner is very important to me!
