AssociatesMD Urgent Care

I have been going to Associates MD Cypress Creek for about two years. I am very satisfied with the care that I get I and feel like I am in good hands. From the associates at the front desk to dr. Suarez and everybody in between I feel like I get great care!

Tameka was very nice and knowledgeable at the front desk. She was able to help me when I came with 2 different bloodwork scripts.And I am very grateful for the phlebotomist, Gloria. She successfully got my small vein with a butterfly needle on the first stick. It has always been difficult to get my veins, and she made it look like child's play. I will look for her next time I need my blood taken for anything ?You both cared about your work and provided amazing customer service. Good job ?? and Thank you, ladies??

I have visited the facilities at Pompano Beach twice and I must say I am very satisfied with the services provided by Lilian Carlisle the APRN. She is friendly, attentive, professional, caring and knowledgeable. I appreciated very much our interaction and definitively would recommend her without any doubts.The Reception people could use some additional "smile it is a beautiful day" training. I found they are correct in the treatment with the patient but not very friendly.
