Dr. Syllia Thompson and Nakiedrea were outstanding. This was the most professional medical office I've visited in the past two years. The customer service was excellent, and Dr. Thompson was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to address my concerns. I truly appreciated the care and respect I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality healthcare.
This is the best doctor's office experience I've ever had. From being greeted by name when I walked in, taken quickly to the exam room and having all my concerns addressed -- WOW! Suzette was especially caring in making sure we updated my records and when Dr. Traci came in we focused on holistic approaches to my health care.
PLUS -- I was blown away when Dr. Traci called me the day after I was released from hospital surgery to see how I was doing.
This truly feels like medical CARE - what a stellar team!
Nickiesha, Ms. Thompson, Suzette, and Nakiedrea were amazing. The check-in process was easy, and they took great care of me. Everyone was so sweet and kind. They listened to my concerns and even my fear of needles. I hope I don’t have to come back, but if so, I’m coming to this location.
