Every community needs a studio like this. Lisa is at once a consummate pro and an open hearted yogi. Made me feel like part of the family the day I walked in and encouraged me to challenge my body and soul with strength and ease.
I absolutely love taking classes from Lisa at Community Yoga & Wellness. When we moved to the area I was stunned to find an Iyengar studio so close by! I highly recommend this studio for all levels of yogis!
