The first time I hired them to clean my AirBnB, she cancelled, claiming a family emergency. I gave her another chance, and she claimed she had finished the unit, so I paid her electronically. Turns out, she had not finished the unit, and just left the laundry in a basket without making the beds. I asked her to come back and finish, and she said she would, but 4 days went by and she did not come back. I finally had someone else go in and finish, and I had to pay them. Turns out the cleaning was not up to AirBnB published standards, so I had to pay to have it recleaned. I asked for a partial refund, and was ignored.Service: Standard cleaning
