John Kormash is the best. Called after hours and he was on another job. Diagnosed my problem based on questions asked. Finished his other job and then came with the part to fix my issue. Installed it and presto, AC works again. Sweet!!!!!

I have been a customer of Ocean Air for the past 30 years. Just the other day I was approached by a competitor who was soliciting his business and when I told him I used Ocean Air he said to me "They have the best reputation in the area". I can't add more to this unsolicited comment other than to say this is why I use them for any air condition needs that arise and recommend them to anyone searching for professionalism, dependability and excellent work ethics.

Bought a Bryant 5 ton AC and natural gas heater from Ocean Air back in 2010.Rick Barr (retired) did the challenging installation in our attic and did a fantastic job.Rick even rerouted some of the existing ducting for efficiency improvements.We were impressed because several other local companies declined to do the complicated attic installation in our NSB beachside house. Sissies :-)Had a compressor and then a thermostat replaced over the years and each repair was done on the same day.Recently the AC squirrel cage fan in the attic failed and Bryant wanted $1,500 just for the digitally controlled fan.
