I have lived at Aciano for 3 years and just transferred to another unit with them. I went around all of Miami / Hialeah and, honestly, this was still the best apartment complex. Not only for the fantastic apartments, but also property management and maintenance are ALWAYS responsive. If there are any fixes that are needed, they complete them in a very timely manner, if not same day. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a great, secure community, this is the best apartment for you.

My 3rd time renewing with Aciano, and what I can say is, David the property manager is amazing and always very attentive. I love the work that has been done and their dedication to make this community great. They are always super attentive with Maintenance request and anything you need they are there! I would 100% recommend!

In the touring process, Nathan is the guy you want to talk to. He was very transparent, honest, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend you work with Nathan as he is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. AKA John Wick
