Sooo awesome! I am used to boring yoga classes for soccer moms or the super serious, no talking silent type. Those have their place and are great. But this was awesome-butter on a jelly donut minus the calories awesome! The room was hot! Sweaty hot! Bye bye toxic waste from my body! The class was fun and energized. Scott, the Yogi, was motivating and pushed us to stretch beyond our status quo (pun intended). He is a master at his craft and was able to break down difficult positions and inversion to teach us rookies how to do them safely. And he made it fun! I have never had so much fun in a Yoga class. Scott has one of the BEST Hot 26 classes that I have EVER been to! He made it so much fun and encouraged all of his students. It was challenging but not too hot where you couldn't breathe. The energy is AMAZING! Scott really cares about the client's who enter his studio. Iam excited to have found this AMAZING yoga haven in Destin! :)
Great studio! Was in Destin for vacation and needed some good yoga to help me relax and feel fulfilled for the week. Scott did a great job in giving me an excellent workout and pushing me to try new things. Felt great after class. Also tried a sound bath which was a new experience for me. Fantastic! Highly recommend.
