I have lived on the ocean for over 20 years now and I have always struggled with groundskeepers doing a decent job. I have tried many, many companies and yet I have never found one that can do a detailed and good job. Now I am using Total Maintenance and after their first visit I was so pleasantly impressed with their attention to detail and perfection. My property has never looked this good in 20 years! Wow!I’m adding an update after using Total Maintenance for a year. They have done a great job and everything is well maintained.

We are so grateful to have met Sal and his team at Total Maintenance. We just moved into our home in Delray Beach in May and wanted to add color, redo the beds, fix the lawn, take care of trees and shrubs, the sprinklers, the low voltage lights - all the landscaping needs. I met with Sal and had this immediate feeling that he would make the property beautiful and take care of it going forward. Sal is so knowledgeable about plants, trees and flowers - he immediately knew what to do. We submitted the plans to the HOA, was approved, and Sal and team were on the property within a day.
