I have used other Tide Cleaners locations and had a positive experience with this location in Delray Beach. The store is part of a larger strip mall near the Whole Foods, and the parking lot can be difficult during busy hours. It is very small inside, but it is clean and bright and there are doors on both the front and side of the building.They were not able to look up the account I had at other Tide Cleaner locations so the staff had to re-enter all the information into their computer. It took maybe 5 minutes extra, but they discounted my first drop-off 15% for the inconvenience which I really appreciated.
