Let me preface, I am fanatical when it comes to my dog. The Groom Room hands down is the BEST premier pet spa you can ever ask for or find. It's a true gem! When I first reached out to them, I spoke with the owner directly and she couldn't have been nicer. She recommended Elaine to be my groomer. Prior to my appointment, I had an in depth conversation with Elaine. On the spot, I knew she was the real deal. Her openness and willingness to take the time to speak with me really meant a lot and resonated with me. Elaine, is quite frankly one of the best, knowledgeable, kind, talented groomers I have dealt with. She is extremely passionate about her career and treats you and your pet like family. I simply adore Elaine and so does my pup! If you're looking for the real deal, look no further. I can guarantee you will be thrilled with your pets grooming. You can thank me me, later!

Update: I've followed Lindsee to her new location so at present I can't vouch for rhere quality of the grooming services.By far the best dog and cat grooming service in the area. Prices are comparable to Pet Smart, the quality of the work is at a minimum five times better, in a stress-free environment for your pet. Many thanks to Amanda, Lindsay and the staff for consistently exceeding a pet lover's expectations in the care you take grooming and the furry family members' experience while at the spa!

Place was beyond great. Got a 10 dollar rebate for being a new customer. Just moved from NYC and used the Groomer I had for years. So lucky and glad to find this new one first try. Better than expected. Followed instructions and they were very gentle and loving. Definitely my 2 go place for my babies grooming.
