Cloud10 has been the only place I trust with my hair, makeup, and now nails. I have had services almost every other week for over five years. I have never been disappointed and I have lots of hair maintenance needs! I also had my bridal hair and makeup done by Jodi’s team 3 years ago and I cannot refer her enough! Jodi and her team truly ensure you float out feeling relaxed and beautiful. I highly recommend it!!!!!

This salon does not stand by it's products and services. After having an $80 pedicure with a $20 tip for the 3rd time with Wendy, I noticed that the polish on one foot had completely peeled off a week after I had it done. I used the product Dazzle Dry which should last at least 3 to 4 weeks. Unfortunately I was away on vacation. While I was away I also had a death in my family so coming home was a bit of a whirlwind. As soon as I could I contacted the salon and explained how disappointed I was in their services. They informed me that if I had notified them within a week of having the pedicure they would have dealt with my situation but since it was over 2 weeks they said I was too late to complain. Once again I was out of the country and then my mother passed away. They had no sympathy or concern. They just reminded me that I was too late. What has happened to good customer service? They had no empathy nor do they take any pride in the services they provide. They have lost me as a good customer and I warn you that these are not people worth doing business with.

I’ve been going to Cloud 10 for 10 years. Their service is exceptional. The owner, Jodi, is wonderful along with all the stylists. Melissa does an amazing job on my color and Jessica gives the perfect cut. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. And they always go above and beyond to accommodate scheduling appointments. I look forward to my appointments as R&R, catching up with the girls, and walking out with great hair every time!

I’ve been coming to Ashlee at Cloud 10 since I moved here 5 years ago from Texas. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. The owner and all the staff are so very nice and helpful. I ALWAYS have a great experience whenever I walk in the door! Give them a try - you’ll be glad you did!!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Had an appointment for a consultation and a possible root touch up and unfortunately caught in hurricane and couldnt make it. Additionally was onviously more focused on my safety than trying call to cancel an appointment. They were EXTREMELY rude and informed me they didnt care because their time was more valuabke and then proceeded to fraudulently charge my card. I will be disputing the charges and reporting to the BBB. Plus I bet theres got to be some legal condequences for fraudulently charging someone or price gouging during a hurricane

I drive all the way from Ft. Lauderdale to get my hair done here. It is totally worth it!!!!! Every experience is better than the last. This place lives up to its name, you walk in and float out. My daughter and I LOVE LOVE LOVE coming here!! The owner treats us like family and the staff is incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
