    I am so glad I found Lisa and the red tent. I love the kundalini yoga class. Even on the days that I'm exhausted, after yoga I feel relaxed and energized. At 21 weeks, baby's movements haven't been too consistent yet, but in between exercises during the yoga class, I can feel my baby's movements the most, which has been pretty great to experience. Last week, when I started to suffer from back pain, Lisa got me in for a massage right away and it was a huge help. I'm looking forward to continuing with the red tent throughout my pregnancy.

    WOW, Lisa Kelly really knows how to give an excellent pre-natal massage! Before becoming pregnant I got regular massages, I tend to hold all my stress in my muscles AND i have hyper flexible joints, this all adds up to lots of knots and "crunchy" spots in my muscles. Long story short I know a good therapeutic massage when I get one. My massage with Lisa was TOP-KNOTCH, other pre-natal massages I've had were so.... lame, like the therapist was afraid to really massage me, they just oiled me up and ran their hands all over.     I am so grateful for finding Lisa over 5 years ago. She has helped me in my journey of motherhood. I love her steams and massages. She’s full of love and gives her all to her clients.
