Just got back from a sound bath experience and it was outstanding. The music, the sounds, the leader’s singing. It was exceptional. I highly recommend. Sunday I am going g to the new meditation series. And Thursdays there is a class for gentle yoga. Love this place!

Melissa’s class is magical! I needed to relax and disconnect from the busyness in my life. She led us through a thoughtful and warming class to nurture our spines and souls. Highly recommend.

I’ve been practicing at the Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach for more than 10 years. Melissa And the other instructors are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and attentive in making sure that each student is observed and instructed into proper postures. Providing the class both online and in person make it very accessible for me, considering I’m not in the South Florida area where the studio is located

I'm glad I discovered the *longest running yoga studio* in Broward County (since 1957!) on Classpass and their exceptional 75 minute yin offerings with Melissa 🙏 Great space + energy & Community
