Having work done at my home and my rug got soaked with water. So my hubby and the responsible party took my rug and let it dry out on my husband's truck. In doing so it got the dirt of the truck on my light colored rug. So the gentleman contacted this company to come and clean my rug. The man came as scheduled to my home. Upon seeing the rug he felt if better to take the rug with him to their facility. No problem for me, so he rolled it up and took it away. Several days later he returned and rolled the rug back out and it was clean. Very quick and friendly service from this company.
