This POS system took us a little while to get used to, like anything new. After three or so years using the system in our restaurant I can confidently recommend it. The customer service alone is worth it. I almost always get a response within an hour and the service staff is extremely helpful. I've dealt with Lisa on numerous occasions and she is truly a pleasure to work with; very knowledgeable, personable, and great at problem solving. Five stars!
