I was referred to Ilana by the Miami Headache Institute. I have been seeking the root cause of migraines for over 20 years.
Going to her changed my life- she sees to causes of physical imbalances and has the knowledge and ability to resolve them. Her warmth and compassion are remarkable. I am now almost headache free. I can’t thank her enough! She’s the best!

Ilana really is a miracle worker. She can untangle the most tightly wound knots. I’m certain I leave her office a solid inch taller. She so loves what she does and you feel this as soon as she lays her hands on you. She listens to every little detail of what you tell her and then, as if being led by a divine power, she begins to unravel the web of pain. So grateful for Ilana.

Ilana is amazing! She has been able to support my family with very chronic and complex issues. She is extremely knowledgable and has been able to educate on the issues at hand, preventative care and also resolve the issues. You can tell she really cares around her patients!
