Jake came out on a Saturday for an issue I was having. Quick response. Solve issue but found a larger issues that needed to be addressed. Gave us fair price and we scheduled that to be fixed first thing Monday morning. Jake arrived when he said he would and got us taken care of and made sure we were happy with results. Great customer service. I don’t want to need Roto Rooter again but will use them if needed.

I cannot recommend Roto-Rooter enough. Upon buying our house, we decided to join their monthly plan. We saved 30% on our initial service and only pay $29.99 a month.
This week, OMG, we had a really scary main line leak in our garage. The technician immediately knew how to solve the issue, and it was fixed within just a few hours.
IT COST US $0.00 because we had the plan, vs $2,000+!!!! So grateful and thankful to Roto-Rooter!!!!!!
