I have been going to Dr Fleming for 2 months and have much improvement. The office staff is delightful. I have also been to Laurel for a massage and she did an excellent job. I highly recommend this group.
Dr. Flemming is phenomenal - she explains what she is doing, ensures you are comfortable, and has alleviated so much pain for me!

After x-rays and an MRI with an orthopedic practice for my chronic lower back pain they recommended physical therapy. Since I already do yoga 2-3 times a week and have a daily stretching protocol, I decided it was time to try something new. This was my first visit to a chiropractor and I am so glad I went! Dr. Alesha Fleming listened to my concerns, did a quick hands on assessment of the area, took photos of my posture and worked up an assessment and treatment plan. After discussing how she would like to proceed, I received an amazing spinal massage with a handheld massager followed by my first adjustment.
