Started training with Nicole Denise February 1 and she excellent, I leave each time in sweat, she skillfull, knowledgeable, and passionate about her training her attitude is come ready to put 100% or don't come.. all the trainers are friendly and it's a nice clean admosphere, I'm so happy with her I've lost 10 pounds in just a short time with her... high rating from me...
