Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

The online process was a breeze and the same service technician has been to our house for 3 regular appointments. His communication and performance has been very professional. We are very happy with everything so except for thing... I'm sure they will resolve this quickly but we were double charged for the initial visit. When I called they confirmed that it was double charged and they submitted it for credit and said it may take up to 10 days. It's been over 30 days now and we've already paid for our second month of service so they haven't credited the double charge or put it towards our account. We are still waiting for this to be resolved

I was so happy with the services rendered by Derek and James! They were extremely polite and professional, and were very thorough about explaining the termite and pest control procedure. We are extremely satisfied Truly Nolen customers!
