They were on time, very professional and thorough. We did not feel that they were rushing through the process. While the tent was being placed, another team member walked with me through the house to make sure we didn't leave anything behind that we should take with us. When it was time to take the tent off, they contacted us to make sure we were there and again, once the house aired out, walked us through to show all rooms didn't show any signs of the gas and cleared the house. We are very happy with their service.

This was my first experience using the fumigation method for my home. I was uncomfortable at first from listening ? to other people’s experiences. How after talking and actually watching them through the process on my home ? from start to finish. This crew worked really well as a team, they laughed by having fun while getting the job done. Excellent with communicating with one another, especially with their supervisor. Ensuring what he needs from them is fully understood. If I had to do this again, I would want this same team. I received a call shortly after I posted a question about service. I was given a thorough explanation of the services offered. I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me. The technician came on time and was very professional, courteous and did a great job.
