I was looking for a place to get an ear piercing re opened that had closed. Our local jewelry store said they had referred others to Radiant and their feedback had been positive. So, I made an appointment. I was very impressed with the shop vibe from the moment I stepped through the door. It looked clean, smelled clean, and was tastefully decorated. Anna greeted me and handled the reopening of my ear piercing with zero pain. She went out of her way to share a lot of good information with me. I highly recommend this shop for ear piercing. Extra points for friendly staff, cleanliness and superior customer service. Would give her 10 stars if I could.
I had an amazing experience here, i got my daith pierced and she made me feel comfortable and made sure i was aware of everything she was doing. She explained the piercing process and aftercare process in a very understandable way and was even kind enough to take the time to show me some websites to buy titanium jewelry. I will definitely be going here from now on for all my piercings and tattoos.
Awesome experience! Anna was amazing, and provided thorough information. I had both earlobes done and didn’t even flinch, as my husband is a witness. Very calm and clean environment.
