All of the employees who we have interacted with, have always been great!! I have an uncle who is a quadriplegic, who I care for. &This is his "hair spot", he says. (He refuses to go anywhere else). It has to be the CRESTVIEW location?! He has never had me call to make an appointment. He always comes in as a walk-in customer and they always manage to get him accommodated, in a timely manner! I can also say, he has never left unsatisfied and always has great things to say say about the ladies. So I just wanted to say thank you, to all of the employees there who have ever interacted with my uncle and made/make his experiences there each time, so great!! ?
They always get it right. We have had a number of stylists. Keshia is our go to for our son (age 11). Nails it EVERYTIME and is always making sure she gets it just the way you (or your kid) want it cut.
Wait time here even with checking in online is insane. Usually 4-5 hrs or longer. Most days if you don't check in right when they open, the online checkin is disabled because they're already booked until close.
