Nice place. I went for manicure/pedicure. Just wish all techs speak & understand English language that way the person servicing me would’ve understood me when I said ouch,cut! After she realized it, fixed the mistake she proceeded with caution. Other than that, I’m satisfied! ✅
While the service was not bad, if you don't do the highest priced service they get upset and start trying to tack on little charges for everything. They charged me 5 dollars to file off my gel polish with my pedicure because I declined to get gel again. Kind of ridiculous. The woman was mad and mumbling the whole beginning of my service. Would I come back maybe because it's 400 feet from my house literally. But there are quite a few places nearby so I will probably try those before coming back here.
Always happy with the service. Recently moved to margate and tried another salon for lashes and pedi and they were nothing like Zen nails. I will not be going anywhere else. Also Amy who does my lashes make them look so beautiful she knows exactly what I like and never disappoints ?
