Really wish they had more than 1 chest fly machine. It could be 5 am and there will still be 3 people waiting to use it. I know it’s a esporta but other esportas have more machines

Prepare for your car getting DINGED and SCRATCHED. Every freaking WEEK there’s a new thing done to my car no matter how far or close I park. Oh and they have zero cameras looking at the parking lot so be ready to spend $2000 for a new dash cam plus install if you wanna catch a single dinger

When comoated to other LA Fitness, this one feels more outdated and is frequently warm. On the other hand, Im surprised to see that thw weights are usually properly racked and most equipment are normally available. The staff is cordial and professional. I recently moved my gym from Plantation to Coral Springs because the Plantation location, although newer, has too many issues.

So I went in to use a free day guest pass for my first time that I was given when I was looking at LA fitness gyms to try out and Mukesn would not let me use it. He only wanted to sell me a membership before I could even try out the gym. He basically told me this pass is no good when I never even used it before he said I had to pay the onetime fee if I wanted to use the gym. He had awful customer service and I will not ever be back after that experience. He wasn’t very nice at all. Good luck to him.

I love the La fitness brand but this location has to be the worst location of all of the franchise. The gym itself is run down the only thing at that gym worth going for is the sauna and the skier G. The staff is also unprofessional, (not all but most ) they dont believe the customer is right even after being charged unexpectedly I went to dispute the charges. I was met with the mostly ugly and unfriendly staff who acted like the extremely high gym fees I gotta cough up aren't paying their salary. I absolutely hate the management at this gym and corporate has turned a blind eye too long. The gym has prime location but the equipment is rusting, broken or not available. As an avid gym goer i am paying $47 monthly ( if you dont have auto pay) for rusty broken machines and rude unprofessional staff. Good job La fitness. Worst gym in coral springs ever!!!!

Old gym and most of the machines too. But the lumbar clases are on fire very good. The steam room is good and the sauna too. I like the new area like crossfit

I am very upset that they brought over management from their Cypress Creek location specifically Mr. Mukesh I don’t understand how he’s in a management position does not know how to use discretion always treat myself in my guest like criminals it’s very unfortunate he’s overbearing . And they be having multiple machines scheduled for service.

Extremely rude sales manager named Mukesh. I would not recommend this place ever to family or friends. (Older guy, grey hair and beard, sales desk is the first one in the sales section).
I told him I already did the tour and signed up for the free pass (I was only there for a couple of days for bereavement) and he said “well looks like someone didn’t do their job” and was trying to get to know me by asking personal questions even after answering already a ton about where I live and why I’m in the area. He then replies “Being short is not how we do business here, if you want we can charge you $20 a day or you can sit here and answer my questions”
I couldn’t believe being talked to in that way so I just stood up and said to have a good day I’m going to go work out and never come back again. He screamed as I was walking away “yeah right, with the way you look, you’ll be back very soon and you better have a better attitude next time!”
So disrespectful. I will never come back here again and frankly, I never want to come back to LA fitness if this is how people get treated. I recognize y'all need to hit quota and sell but if people are here for a couple of days and not here for a good reason, have some empathy and give some grace.
That guy desperately needs some customer service training.
