Do not use them unless you have a camera that can record everything they do. My HOA company used their services for my community and they scratched my car. My HOA directed me to deal with Integrated Turf Care directly, so I called them to explain the situation. Immediately felt no sympathy or concern from the woman on the phone (I believe her name was Trinnie Williams). Instead she asked if I had video to prove what happened. Integrated turf care was taking care of my lawn but unfortunately we had to part ways because there personnel were very rough with the landscaping they did not know how to use the lawn equipment properly and then management was very uncooperative I had to ask them numerous times to stop using herbicide on my property I would call them and leave messages and they would never return my phone calls I would not recommend this company to anyone they're very unprofessional very rude right now I've ended my relationship with them and I have a refund coming to me but true to form they are stalling on sending me my refund
