From the minute he showed up (and showing up in florida is in itself a rarity), he was courteous and open to listening to what we wanted done while offering his expert opinion in a non-condescending way. His work was impeccable and even with our many questions during the work, he was patient and we really felt that he wanted us to be happy with the job. Michael was very helpful meeting our needs for work that I needed to be completed. Arrived at schedule time, which was very important for this project.
